Design Submission and Approval Policy

Customers may submit logos, artwork, and designs along with (or without) a textual tagline (hereinafter “Designs”) in order to customize their order. All submitted Designs must comply with the following guidelines.  ProActive Sports reserves the right to reject or cancel any order containing Designs that, in its sole discretion, are found to violate any of these guidelines. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 7-10 days.

Prohibited Content

Designs submitted must not contain any of the following:

1. Offensive or Inappropriate Content
   Any Designs that promote hate speech, racial or ethnic slurs, sexually explicit content, or derogatory language aimed at any group or individual.

2. Violent or Threatening Content
   Any Designs that depict or glorify violence, threats of harm, graphic violence, or weapons, or that otherwise encourage harm to individuals or property. 

3. Illegal or Unlawful Content
   Any Designs that promote illegal activities, substances, or any conduct prohibited by local, state, federal, or international law.

4. Intellectual Property Violations
   Designs that infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents of any third party, will be rejected. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the submitted Designs do not violate any third-party rights.
   
   

Customers should note that, while we may accept Designs that express or promote political views, social causes and religious messages, that should not be construed as ProActive Sports’ (or its parent company, GT Golf Supply Co.’s) endorsement of a particular view, affiliation or association.
