If you purchased your Tempercraft product through one of our retail partners, please return your bottle to the store where the purchase was made.

If you purchased your Tempercraft bottle online from Tempercraft.com and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us to request a return and refund.

Custom products are not eligible for return unless there is a product defect. We engrave as requested and approved by the customer. Change requests made after approval are accommodated before production (as much as possible), expect a delay to the original ship date.

All Tempercraft products have a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship as well as damage from shipment and will be replaced at no charge. Should your product require warranty, our award winning customer service team is here to help, please fill out out a warranty claim online for return authorization.
