How do I find my product?
To find a product you may (1) use the shop menu at the top of our website (2) click the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right to bring up the search box and type in a keyword.

How do I use a coupon?
You will be able to enter and apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Please note, some discounts/sales are applied automatically.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, sales tax will be added at checkout.
Where can I find my receipt / invoice?
You will receive an email receipt when you place an order. You can also log into your account and view your order history.

We are a modest and dedicated team located in the Pacific Northwest.
Where do Tempercraft products come from?
Our products are designed in Canby, Oregon and manufactured in China.
Do Tempercraft products contain lead?

Tempercraft takes great pride in providing customers with state of the industry technology and premier service. One of the key features of our products is our vacuum insulation technology, which keeps beverages at an ideal temperature. Our manufacturing process currently employs an industry standard pellet to seal the vacuum insulation at the base of our products. We recently learned that the sealing material includes a small amount of lead. Once sealed, this area is covered either with a durable stainless-steel layer or a high-quality durable powder coating, making the sealing material inaccessible to consumers or the beverages that may be placed in our products. Rest assured that no lead is present on the surface of any Tempercraft product. In the rare occurrence when the base cap of a product comes off because of ordinary use and exposes this seal, it is eligible for our Lifetime Warranty, available here: https://www.tempercraft.com/pages/warranty.

Tempercraft products meet all US regulatory requirements including California’s Proposition 65.  Tempercraft tests for and validates compliance on all products through accredited third-party labs.

How should I clean and care for my Tempercraft?
We recommend hand washing your Tempercraft with soap and warm water. Tempercraft products are also dishwasher safe with the exception of "Wood" colored products and the Tunes Tumbler Bluetooth speaker. Use the top rack of your dishwasher when possible and avoid "sanitize" wash cycles as the extreme water temperature can damage the powder coating. Do not microwave, freeze or place on a hot stove top.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account at anytime by clicking account icon on the top-right of any page and then clicking 'Sign up' on the login page. Additionally, you will have the option to create an account during the checkout process.
I forgot my password
On the login page, above the password box, you'll see a link that says 'Forgot your password?' click the link and enter your email associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.

Has my order shipped?
Standard products will ship within one business day from order date. Custom products will ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once you're order has shipped.

Lifetime means for life. If your Tempercraft ever starts failing, just let us know and we'll happily replace your product.
What is the return policy?
30-day guarantee, if you aren't fully happy with your Tempercraft let us know and we'll instruct you on how to return it.
