Products that are constructed to prevent the transfer of temperature between the exterior environment and what's on the inside. It is the technology behind our drinkware. Learn more >
◄How do I find my product?
To find a product you may (1) use the shop menu at the top of our website (2) click the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right to bring up the search box and type in a keyword.

▼How do I use a coupon?
You will be able to enter and apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Please note, some discounts/sales are applied automatically.

◄Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, sales tax will be added to orders shipping to most states.
▼Where can I find my receipt / invoice?
You will receive an email receipt when you place an order. You can also log into your account and view your order history.

◄How should I clean and care for my TEMPERCRAFT?
With vacuum-insulated stainless steel products you should avoid dish washing, microwaving, refrigerating and placing on a heated stove top. Rinse your Tempercraft with soap and warm water and leave the lid off to air dry.

◄How do I create an account?
You can create an account at anytime by clicking 'SIGN IN' on the top-right and then clicking 'Sign up' on the login page. Additionally, you will have the option to create an account during the checkout process.

On the login page, above the password box, you'll see a link that says 'Forgot your password?' click the link and enter your email associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.

Standard products will ship within one business day from order date. Custom products will ship within 5-10 business days from proof approval. You will receive an email with tracking information once you're order has shipped.

Lifetime means for life. If your Tempercraft ever starts failing, just let us know and we'll happily replace your product.

30-day guarantee, if you aren't fully happy with your Tempercraft let us know and we'll instruct you on how to return it.
